The EVO4.1 is the most compact bookshelf speaker in Wharfedale’s EVO4 range — a two-way standmount that brings the series’ Air Motion Transformer (AMT) treble to small and medium rooms. A 130 mm (5") woven Kevlar bass/mid driver and the 30 × 60 mm AMT tweeter combine for fast, detailed and remarkably open sound.
Built on a bass-reflex cabinet tuned for a 55 Hz bass extension and crossing over at 2.9 kHz, the EVO4.1 covers a 64 Hz – 22 kHz response. The AMT folds a large diaphragm into a pleated membrane that moves air faster than a conventional dome, for extended, low-distortion treble. With 87 dB sensitivity and 8 Ω (3.5 Ω minimum), it suits amplifiers from 25 to 100 W.
