Live chat and AI assistant

Our website chat is provided by Shopify Inbox. When you use it, your messages and any name and email address you give us are processed by Shopify on our behalf. Some replies are written by an AI assistant that answers common questions using our product information and store policies; AI replies may not always be accurate, and you can ask to speak with a member of our team at any time. We use chat information only to answer your enquiry and support your purchase, and if you tick the option to receive news and offers, to send you marketing emails.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

Data security and retention
