The D330 is a 2.5-way floorstanding speaker — the tower of the affordable D300 Series, ideal for small to medium rooms. Twin 5" (130 mm) black woven Kevlar drivers and a 1" (25 mm) soft-dome tweeter deliver full-range sound with a 37 Hz bass extension.

The 2.5-way design uses its two drivers to balance bass and midrange clarity, loading a 34.7 L bass-reflex cabinet and crossing over at 3.2 kHz for a 40 Hz – 20 kHz response and a 100 dB peak SPL. At 88 dB sensitivity and a 4 Ω nominal impedance (8 Ω compatible, 4.1 Ω minimum), it suits amplifiers from 25 to 120 W.

A Full Throttle Floorstander

Wharfedale’s D330 is a 2.5-way floorstanding loudspeaker featuring a 25mm soft dome tweeter and 2 x 130mm woven kevlar drivers. The introduction of seperate bass and midrange drivers in combination with a chassis size of 1090 x 425 x 310mm makes D330 perfect for medium to large sized listening spaces. However, slot-loading technology permits near-wall positioning, meaning they’ll sound good anyway you put them. Enjoy serious dynamics, incredible clarity and deeper bass from the lone floorstanding speaker in the D300 series.
